entryinfo2010 Entry Information | 2010 Callaway Golf Junior World Golf Championships will be held July 12-16, 2010. | Entry Policies for 201015-17 Division-(If you live in the United States)Applicants living in the United States must qualify to enter the tournament. 15-17 Division players are NOT eligible to apply online until they have successfully earned a qualifying spot and have received a letter from the Tournament Committee with a tournament registration code. Players do not need to preregister with the Junior World to participate in a qualifying tournament. Please contact the qualifying site directly for entry information and registration procedures. If the national golf association in your country is not listed you are eligible to apply online during the registration period of February 8-March 15, 2010.
14-Under Divisions-(If you live in the United States)Applicants living in the United States should check the country map to see if you are eligible to go through the selection process by submitting a player history form. Entry Acceptance OFFICIAL CONFIRMATION OF ACCEPTANCE OR NON-ACCEPTANCE WILL BE SENT BY APRIL 1, 2010. You are not officially entered until you receive notification of acceptance of your entry from the Tournament Committee. | Waiting List
A waiting list will be established in each age division. The list will be selected by the Tournament Committee and will be limited to a specific number in each division. Those selected to the waiting list will be notified that they have waiting list status. Players on the waiting list will be notified by as soon as possible if a spot becomes available. | Registration
All participants must register. Registration will be at Tournament Headquarters at Torrey Pines Golf Course. Registration will be Saturday, July 10th (9 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.) and Sunday, July 11th (9 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.). Torrey Pines Golf Course is reached by taking Interstate 5 to Genesee off-ramp, west on Genesee to Torrey Pines Road and following signs to Torrey Pines Golf Course. | Cancellations
If you need to cancel your child from the tournament, please email Megan Mahoney at megan@juniorworldgolf.com. All cancellations must be in writing. Please see refund schedule below: Refund Schedule Cancellations received by June 1st will receive a full refund Cancellations received between June 2nd-June 30th will be assessed a $25 service fee Cancellations received between July 1st-July 5th will forfeit half their entry fee No refunds after July 6th | Caddies (15-17, 13-14, 11-12, & 9-10 Divisions)
Only players in the 6-Under Division and 7-8 Division will be permitted to have one parent-caddie assist them on the golf course during the tournament. Parents will receive rules and guidelines during registration at Torrey Pines.
Players in the 15-17, 13-14, 11-12 and 9-10 Divisions will not be permitted to have caddies. Pull carts are permitted. |
